On Thursday, April 18th 2024, we have welcomed Assia Garbinato, Head of Digital & Innovation at Romande Energie and Alumni Award 2023 for a Campus Lecture at the Forum Rolex.

The conference was titled Leadership & Digital Technology serving Ecological Transition. The ecological transition is a major challenge that will require a reinvention of our practices, both in our ability to lead our teams and in our ability to seize the opportunities of new technologies. Cultures of agility, lean startup, design thinking, and the importance of psychological safety within teams are all currents stemming from digital transformations that deserve to be disseminated beyond the digital world. Similarly, promising technologies such as AI, intuitive client interface design, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and many others are significant levers for building our intelligent network of tomorrow and accompanying citizens on their decarbonization journey.
