Career questions, training choices, launching a startup, or need expert advice? The EPFL Alumni mentoring program connects you with professionals ready to share their experience.
Mentoring in brief
A professional relationship in which a mentor helps a mentee develop skills, expand their network and make better decisions. The exchange can be a one-off session or span several months. The relationship is voluntary and based on respect, trust and confidentiality, as described in the mentoring charter.
Become a mentee
Open from 3rd year Bachelor onwards (Master, PhD, alumni). Find a mentor to answer your questions, support your thinking and help you discover new horizons.
Become a mentor
Open to all alumni, regardless of experience level. Share your expertise, strengthen the community and learn from your mentees.
