Presentation of the Plaines-du-Loup eco-neighborhood
The emblematic Plaines-du-Loup eco-neighborhood aims to accommodate around 11,000 jobs and high-quality sports facilities in the north of Lausanne by 2030, while responding to the environmental, social and economic concerns of the City of Lausanne. Situated between the symbolic districts of Bossons, Bois-Gentil, Bois-Mermet, Ancien-Stand and the Blécherette airfield, the 30-hectare site will house a genuine piece of the city, green spaces, local sports facilities for all, and essential public amenities such as schools, day-care centers, childcare units and a community center.
