Join us for an insightful online event, hosted by Natalie Boudou, a seasoned coach and specialist in the field of workplace resilience at HumanForce

In today's dynamic work environments, success hinges not only on technical proficiency but also on emotional intelligence and resilience. Nathalie, with her extensive expertise in agility, positivity, emotional intelligence, and communication skills, will guide you to maximize your effectiveness in the workplace.

This engaging interactive 1.5 hour session will equip you with invaluable strategies to harness the immense potential of your emotions in the professional sphere.

In particular you will:

  • Understand emotions and the key role they play in performance and wellbeing
  • Learn how to develop emotional self-awareness (recognise and identify emotions)
  • Learn techniques to move towards energy-giving emotions and improved personal resilience
  • Develop strategies to express and regulate emotions effectively both “in the moment “and for sustained performance and resilience 

The workshop will be given online, in English, with interactive exercises to help you understand how to work with your emotion to gain balance, composure and impact.

More about the speaker: 

Nathalie Boudou

  • Nathalie is an executive coach and facilitator working with executives, senior management and leadership teams from a wide range of corporates and international organizations. 
  • She is a specialist in the field of resilience at work. Her expertise covers areas such as agility, positivity, emotional intelligence and communications skills. 
  • Nathalie has over 20 years of international business experience in demanding and challenging roles. She started her career as a commercial lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions. After several years working in private practice and for Hitachi she relocated from London to Geneva and moved into the field of communications, working in managerial positions for the World Health Organization and a number of international NGO’s.
