The EPFL Alumni Vaud-Valais Chapter invites you to visit the “Creative Factory” site in Renens on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. invites you to visit the “Creative Factory” site in Renens on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
Patrimonium Asset Management, a company founded and managed by entrepreneurs in 2007, has embarked on a major renovation project in 2022 on a wasteland bordering the CFF tracks in Renens, in collaboration with Bauart Architectes et Urbanistes SA.
The aim of the project is to transform an industrial site on the edge of the railroad tracks in Renens into a hub of varied activities and housing, surrounded by a future urban park.
The project has been named Creative Factory, and aims to attract local entrepreneurs to workshops and future residents and students wishing to live in atypical loft-style accommodation, as well as to set up designer boutiques and a local restaurant.
The project is designed around an atrium that floods this former industrial building with light and a variety of activities.
The first floor will be completely open to the public.
Delivery is scheduled for 2025, after two years of construction.
Make sure you have sturdy footwear for this visit. If you have a safety vest or helmet available, don't hesitate to bring them along.
