Further the creation of the GBA Chapter on July 4, 2024, the first event with the flag of this new chapter was organized on the following Saturday July 6, 2024. The event was held by a visit at Nestlé System Technology Centre Shenzhen Hub. We learnt a lot by this visit about Nestle's history, products, market coverage and their R&D process. We do appreciate such learning opportunities coordinated by our alumnus Ivan Istomin with the support of Swisscham South. We do thank the team from Nestlé System Technology Centre Shenzhen Hub for accompanying us in such a rich and fruitful visit.

The event was followed by a celebration dinner at Latino's restaurant. By enjoying the nice food in the restaurant, we chatted a lot among alumni and alumnae and got to know each other better from such a wonderful gathering.
