On July 12, 2023, some twenty alumni and alumnae had the opportunity to discover beer from "La Cave Microbrasserie" brewery in Chênes-Bourgeries, near Geneva.
After a tour of the brewery and an explanation of how the beer is made, participants enjoyed a tasting of the beers of the moment, with an accompanying aperitif.
A very convivial event, following on from the success of the gin tasting!
