Visit to the sustainable chocolate factory Garçoa Chocolate in Wollishofen

On Friday 20 January 2023, the EPFL Alumni Association Eastern Switzerland visited the sustainable chocolate manufacturer Garçoa Chocolate in Wollishofen. There we discovered the sustainable chocolate production "Bean to Bar", which cuts out the middlemen commonly used in the chocolate industry and goes directly to the chocolate bean producer and collaborates with them and the farmers on the spot to promote a sustainable and quality production.
