Guided Tour of the Assembly Line of the Electric Porsche Taycan, Followed by an Aperitif at the Swiss General Consulate in Stuttgart

When: Wednesday, 8 November 2023

  • 1st part: 15:00 - 17:30 Visit of the Porsche Museum, Assembly Line of the Taycan, and Paint Shop in Zuffenhausen (in English, max. 10 participants for the visit of the Assembly Line, first come, first served)
  • 2nd part: 18:00 - 20:00 Reception at the Swiss Consulate in Stuttgart, followed by an aperitif with snacks (max. 30 participants)


Where: 1st part: Meeting at the Foyer of the Porsche Museum Porscheplatz 1, 70435 Stuttgart (The visit starts after the Museum visit at exactly 15:30)

  • Public Transportation: S-Bahn stop Neuwirtshaus (Porscheplatz)
  • Parking: Porsche Museum Besucherparkplatz, same address as above

 
Driving from Zuffenhausen to Stuttgart with public transportation or cars.

2nd part: Meeting at the Swiss General Consulate in Stuttgart

  • Königstrasse 84 (entry: Kleine Königstrasse), 70173 Stuttgart
  • Public transportation: S-Bahn stop Stadtmitte / Exit Rotebühlplatz
  • Parking: B+B Parkhaus, Kronprinzenstr. 26

    Contribution:
  • 15 Euros for the guided tour of the Porsche Taycan Assembly Line (please bring the exact cash amount with you)
  • 30 Euros catering fee at the Swiss General Consulate (please bring cash as well)
  • The entry to the Porsche Museum can be paid directly to the cashier onsite

 
Please register here to participate. You may choose to assist to one part only if you wish. As the event will be pre-paid, we need to know the exact number of participants until November the 3rd. In case there are not enough places for the Porsche visit, I will contact you individually in advance. Should you not receive any message from me, it means that your registration has been accepted.

The Porsche Museum opened in 2009. Two years later it registered its 1 Mio. visitor already. This is the second most visited museum in Stuttgart after… Mercedes.

Besides a stunning architecture, it displays legendary vehicles, such as the Type 64 racing car form 1939 - the ancestor of later Porsche models, early VW beetles, and, of course, the 356, 911, Carrera GT together with other speedsters we can dream of.
