On Wednesday 22 March 2023, the EPFL Alumni Association Eastern Switzerland visited the Museum of Finance in Zurich. We were able to discover the origins of the Swiss economic system and the role of the stock market in its development. From the first shares issued in the Middle Ages to support expeditions to new territories to the present day, we were able to see how far the Swiss banking system has come.
