Are you near the EPFL campus or near one of our international chapters and need a place to work?
EPFL Alumni makes it possible for contributors to book a room on campus for an hour, or even an entire day. This service is available on week days, from Monday to Friday.
 | Meeting room If you want to have a meeting with your team or clients (2-10 people) in the Rolex Learning Center, we can rent a “bulle” for you. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll check availability for you. |
 | Board room – Rolex Learning Center A fully equipped boardroom is available for you, welcoming up to twelve people and ideally located in the Rolex Learning Center. Please note that access to our meeting rooms is limited to 5 reservations per year, subject to availability. Kindly let us know well in advance. These rooms cannot be used for commercial purposes. |
 | Bois Chamblard – A refined location for your events As an Alumni Gold member, you can book the Bois Chamblard Estate for your professional events at EPFL rates, namely 1,500 CHF. For reservations, please contact alumni@epfl.ch Located near the village of Saint-Prex and given to the school by the physicist Erico-Charles Nicolae in 2000, this beautifully renovated property with various lounges overlooking the lake and a fully-equipped VIP meeting room is a special place to host your professional events (meetings, workshops, etc.). |
