Skills and expertise
Who We’re Looking For
✓ Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Photonics, Applied Physics, or
Management Technology & Entrepreneurship
✓ Experience: Hands-on Optics background (lab, internship, or job) preferred
✓ Languages: Fluent English required; German is a strong plus
✓ Attributes: Enthusiastic, empathetic, ambitious, social, clear communicator
