Discovery Webinar - Building Resilient Value Chains: Navigating Disruption, Sustainability and Data-Driven Transformation
Organised by EPFL Extension School in collaboration with the EPFL Vice Presidency for Innovation and EPFL Alumni, this session will explore the growing importance of resilient value chains in a context of increasing disruption, sustainability pressure, and digital transformation.
The webinar will take a step back to explore the capabilities and perspectives organizations need to navigate increasingly complex value chains. Participants will gain a broader perspective on how resilience and sustainability can be aligned with business performance, and how data and technology are reshaping decision-making.
The session will also reflect on how these transformations can contribute to creating positive impact, helping organizations not only improve performance, but also act more responsibly within their broader ecosystem.
