The EPFL Alumni chapter in Basel dived into the world of chocolate on June 21 2023.
With this chocolate workshop at Beschle, Confiseur and Chocolatier in Basel since 1898, everyone interested could taste different kinds of chocolates and pralines, but also learn more about the planting and processing of cocoa beans. Participants were then able to let their creativity run free and create their own chocolate bars.
The workshop was followed by a dinner together with the fellow Alumni-now-chocolatiers.
