Summary
The EPFL Alumni Eastern Switzerland invites you to visit the Swissport locations at the Zurich Airport. This company is responsible for the handling of baggage at the airport.
The meeting point is the marked Meeting Point in the arrivals hall of Terminal 2 at Zurich Airport. The tour will start at 18:00 sharp. Please arrive a little earlier or you will be refused access as we have to pass through security as a group. The tour will be led by an English-speaking guide (if available, otherwise in German) and will be followed by an aperitif in the vicinity of the airport.
The duration of the visit is 1h30min (not including the apéro)
Deregistration is only possible up to 10 days before the event. Please make the cancellation request directly via the event webpage. After the cancellation deadline, no refunds will be made.
NB: This event is identical to the one organised on February, 1st 2024.
Important
Anyone over 16 years of age must have a valid ID to enter the tour.
During the visit, the same security conditions apply as when you travel by plane. In particular, knives, pepper sprays, scissors, weapons, etc. are not allowed. Liquids are also not allowed past the security check. Empty bottles may be refilled after the security check.
No pets are allowed on the tour.
Photos and videos are in general not allowed. Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in the cancellation of the tour.
