Presentation of Enerbois
Commissioned in 2010, Enerbois is the largest dry biomass power plant in French-speaking Switzerland. Located in the Gros-de-Vaud region, the plant is a model of industrial ecology: it recovers bark, sawdust and chips from the Zahnd sawmill to produce heat, electricity and pellets.
