The Science of Sulphur Handling

The registration deadline has expired.

Everyone has noticed the large yellow mound at the base of the north shore mountains, but not many know exactly what it is. Wood chips? Yellow salt? Food colouring? Aromat? Tibor Horvath, a graduate of the University of Zurich in Organic Chemistry, will explain it all and reveal the science behind sulphur handling in Vancouver. Join Tibor as he sheds some light on one of Vancouver’s unsolved mysteries.
