Online workshop: Define Your Career Target: From Hesitation to Certainty
N.B: This workshop will be held in English.

Faced with the issues of defining their Professional Target, job hunters belong to 1 of the following 5 groups:
- Group # 1: Those who know exactly what they want to do (Function and Field perfectly defined);
- Group # 2: Those who have no idea what they want to do;
- Group # 3: Those who have countless Professional Targets and don't know where to land;
- Group # 4: Those who have incomplete Professional Targets and who know perfectly well the Function they want to do but don't know which Field to go into, and vice versa;
- Group # 5: Those who already have a good Professional Target and want to sharpen it up.
This workshop will help you get into Group # 5 if you are not already there.
Key Topics Covered in This 2-Hour Workshop (+30-Minute Q&A) :
- Identification of your 5 preferred ultimate talents.
- Discovery of 5 potential functions / roles you could consider.
- Choice of 5 niches / very narrow fields in which you'll be happy to work.
- Definition of 25 potential job targets you may consider and selection of 5 of them.
- Methodology to discover the 20 tasks that you may have in one of the job targets you have selected.
This workshop is for you if:
- You have an idea of what you want to do but you're not 100% sure.
- You do not have the slightest idea of where you want to go.
- You know the field/ domain you love but don't know what function you could do.
- You know very clearly the function you want to have but have no idea of the field you want to be in.
- You have two or three job targets and cannot decide which one you should approach and or accept.
Speaker:
Daniel Porot developed a passion for “Career Design and Job Hunting” 50 years ago. Almost 30% of his content is updated every year. His methods are simple and original. Wherever possible, he uses biomimicry.
To find a job more easily and quickly, he suggests leaving the “Bermuda Triangle of Job Hunters” and entering the “Golden Square of “Resource Persons””.
He has taught in 30+ Countries around the world and at 50+ Training Institutes (mainly (E)MBAs).
Of course, he has incorporated numerous tools such as CHAT GPT to help individuals save a great amount of time in gathering information and preparing key decisions for the success of their search.
