Join us for a innovative discussion on breaking down the barriers between engineering, IT teams, and the business sector – all through the power of empathy!
This event is a collaboration between EPFL Alumni Women's Club and Women in Tech Switzerland.
WIT is a Global Movement with chapters in 6 continents, counting over 200'000 members. WIT focuses on 4 primary areas that are a call for action, and creates impact on : Education, Business, Social Inclusion and Advocacy. WIT's mission is to build skills and confidence, setting women up for success.
The collaboration between EPFL Alumni Women's Club and WIT allows to tap into diverse perspectives, leverage the engineering expertise, and collectively empower women to bridge the gaps between engineering, tech and business, creating a more inclusive and innovative tech ecosystem.

Empathy is the cornerstone of understanding and cooperation. Through a panel discussion, you will learn how cultivating empathy can lead to better communication, problem-solving, and innovation across departments.
Four women from diverse backgrounds and industries will share their example of how empathy has transformed their work environments.
