This conference will be held in French with slides in English

About this Campus Lecture

The most critical operational role of anyone in charge of R&D in an innovation-driven company is to make decisions about what to focus on … and what to stop doing to free up resources.

This presentation will describe tools and best practices designed to help making these tough choices required to build a portfolio of innovation projects which is well aligned with an organization’s strategic goals. These goals include financial ones but not only; Critical aspects like sustainability must be considered at the very beginning of projects to ensure the development of “sustainable by design” solutions.

We will discuss practical methodologies used to develop and assess value propositions of potential projects even before they are initiated.
