Visit of the water research institute Eawag in Dübendorf

On January 23rd, 2020, the EPFL Alumni Eastern Switzerland chapter organized a guided tour, in English and French, of the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology (Eawag). This tour was an opportunity to visit the aquaticum, a cutting edge water treatment laboratory, and the market building dedicated to research on wastewater treament. The tour ended with a visit of the Waterhub, where water treatment is studied in a brand new way: through an early seperation process.
