Space may be the final frontier, but today it’s being explored in innovative new ways. In a webinar organized by Innovaud in partnership with the EPFL Alumni, three entrepreneurs from Switzerland’s space industry discuss how “new space” is steadily emerging as a complement to “old space,” and how space technology will play a crucial role in meeting the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

The three entrepreneurs described the innovations coming out of Switzerland in each field, as well as the vital role space technology will play in driving the transition to a more sustainable economy. The speakers were:

  • Grégoire Bourban, Deputy Head of Space Innovation Unit EPFL and co-founder of Space4Impact;
  • Didier Manzoni, deputy CEO and General Manager Space of APCO Technologies;
  • Fabien Jordan, founder and CEO of Astrocast;
  • Frédéric Dubois, key account manager at Innovaud, facilitated the webinar and panel discussion at the end.

You can watch the webinar below and find more information on Innovaud’s website.
