On January 16th, 2018, the EPFL Alumni Eastern Switzerland organized a facinating conference on one of the most important technologies of tomorrow: Smart Grids. The need for renewable and eco friendly energies has gotten even more important when Swiss citizens approved Energy Strategy 2050. Every industrialized – and soon-to-be industrialized – country faces this challenge.The conference was given by Mrs. Ifigeneia Stefanidou, Business Development Manager Smart Grids at Landis + Gyr, and was followed by an aperitif.
