Looking for a room for your professional meetings outside the office? EPFL Alumni is here to help!

Among the many services available to you as a graduate of the School, you can request an hourly or daily reservation for a meeting room on campus or in Buchillon (VD), depending on your needs. This service is reserved for EPFL Alumni Gold contributors. Contact alumni@epfl.ch for any questions or to make a reservation!

What type of room can I use?

	Meeting room The Rolex Learning Center "bulles"  are available for reservation - make your request at least 24 hours in advance to check availability!
	Fully equipped board room A fully-equipped board room for up to 12 people is available for team meetings at the Rolex Learning Center (maximum 5 reservations per year).
	Domaine de Bois Chamblard Book the Domaine de Bois Chamblard for your important business events. The EPFL rate of CHF 1,500 is available for you. This beautifully renovated estate in Buchillon, near St Prex (VD), boasts several lounges and a fully equipped meeting room. It's a unique venue for your meetings, seminars or conferences.
