The EPFL Alumni Women Club invites you to an inspiring roundtable discussion on “Finding Your Leadership Style”, bringing together alumnae with diverse professional journeys and leadership experiences.
Through authentic exchanges, our speakers will share how they have developed their own approach to leadership — shaped by personal values, pivotal experiences, and professional challenges.
Together, we will explore key questions:
How did they find or develop a leadership style that truly fits them?
What contexts, people, or opportunities influenced their journey?
What does leadership mean to them today — whether people, technical, or thought leadership?
What role did mentoring or coaching play along the way?
What advice would they give to other women reflecting on their positioning and professional growth?
This event will highlight individual journeys, defining moments, and practical insights — offering an exchange that is both authentic, inspiring, and valuable for all participants.

With a strong background in digital transformation, business process design, and change management, Caroline brings over 20 years of leadership experience across luxury, consulting, and public sectors. She currently leads global IT initiatives at La Prairie and volunteers as a Co-Lead and Speaker Coach at TEDxZurich.

Liliya Dorodnitsyna (MSc Financial Engineering ’13)
Head Model Risk Management & Compliance CS Corporate Credit Risk, UBS
Liliya leads model risk and compliance within the Corporate Credit Risk department at UBS, overseeing teams of quantitative analysts across multiple countries. With a solid foundation in mathematics and financial engineering, she brings a unique perspective on analytical leadership, resilience, and navigating complex transitions in the financial industry.
