In fast-moving industries, failure isn’t just possible - it’s inevitable. But not all failure is the same. Some mistakes set us back. Others push us to think harder, work smarter, and grow stronger. Join Prof. Manu Kapur, Director of the Singapore-ETH Centre, for a session on Productive Failure - a framework that transforms failure from an accident into a deliberate design for learning and success.
Going beyond the cliché of “failing fast”, the session will show us how thoughtful struggle can unlock understanding, spark creativity, and build resilience - in our teams, our organizations, and even in ourselves. From the way children learn, to how teams and organizations grow, to how science itself moves forward - this session reminds us that when we approach failure with purpose and reflection, it doesn’t hold us back; it propels us forward.
