Session objectives:
Based on the book The Data-Driven Leader, this online session explores how leaders can move beyond AI hype and focus on real business impact. Drawing on concrete examples from data and AI projects, it helps participants understand when (and when not) to use AI, how to start from business problems rather than technology, and why data quality, people, and leadership—not models—are the key success factors.
Speaker:
Dr. Sandro Saitta is the author of The Data-Driven Leader, creator of the AI Literacy Academy, a Data and AI Advisor at viadata, a lecturer at HEC Lausanne, co-organizer of CDOIQ Europe, and an EPFL alumnus (PhD CS ’08).
Target audience:
This session is designed for executives, managers, consultants, and professionals involved in strategy, transformation, or innovation who want to better understand and lead data-driven initiatives. No technical background required.
