We are pleased to invite you for an event organized in collaboration with Nexthink.
How do software engineering teams organize themselves to deliver efficiently?
In this conversation with two EPFL alumnae, we take a deep dive into the inner workings of these highly efficient teams: exploring how roles, structure, and collaboration influence productivity, creativity, and team health.
Using the software world as a case study, our speakers, Ana Petkovska (PhD Computer and Communication Sciences 2017) an Engineering Manager at Nexthink and Emma Lejal Glaude (MSc Data Science 2019) a Product Manager at Neural Concept, will uncover lessons from their experiences on the anatomy of the software team leadership and its variants, discuss if the core idea of separation of powers supports or slows down productivity, explore the inclusivity and the evolving place of women in technology and identify key actions for growth.
Nexthink: By combining real-time technical metrics, problem resolution, and employee feedback across all workstations and applications, Nexthink helps IT teams deliver a digital work environment that delivers on its promises.
