- Improve USP perfusion process productivity and stability by medium optimization
- Perform screening experiments of medium components on Ambr® 15 Cell Culture System
- Validate experiments with 3.5 L perfusion bioreactors on a 21 days run
- Apply statistical analysis on experimental data generated and draw conclusions from experiments

- Elaboration of e-learning programs on Operational Excellence methodologies
- Ensure customer expectations are met on an ongoing basis by continuous improvement of processes
- Initiate and drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve performance across a range of key measures (Supply, Cost, Quality, Safety) through application of DMAIC, rapid improvement events, and LEAN fundamentals deployment

Two months internship at Mathis Group, an EPFL research group focused on the intersection of computational neuroscience and machine learning, I worked on the following:
- Conducted research on keypoint pose estimation on animal datasets.
- Benchmarked different bottom-up and single-stage deep learning models on marmoset dataset, in order to find the strongest pose detectors.
- Output of research fed to conditional top-down model that outperforms already existing models on crowded poses.

- Developed EPFL's Sustainability and Mobility pages.
- Designing and implementing new features and functionality.
- Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture.

- Craft strategies for digital advertising and creative communications
- Ensure Forum's EPFL brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Create visual graphics for communicating Forum's EPFL events
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas (companies, startups and students)
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

- Leading to breaking-record completion of the 40th edition of the Forum EPFL, largest career fair in Europe with +300 companies and 20'000 visitors
- Managing of an association with a budget of 1M+ CHF and 28 comittee members
Achievements: Digitisation of the event information booklet thus cutting down 50% of printouts

- Design and distribute visual graphics displaying the information of START events
- Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for START Lausanne related topics
- Collaborate with the event and sponsoring teams to clarify articles
- Stay up to date with latest industry trends and practices

Meubléco is a project of the association Unipoly that promotes ecology and sustainable development on the Unil-EPFL campus. We launched in autumn 2020 with the aim of promoting the recycling of pieces of furniture. It won a grant from Act4change Lab for its launch.
