After a training within the ADDEV group in France, I am heading to Quebec to take charge of the logistics department at the Laval site, during a post-Covid restructuring period. The factory produces all types of custom foams for clients in the construction and automotive industries.

My tasks:
❉ Manage operations:
o Resolve daily emergencies: carrier breakdown, absence, computer problem…
o Manage my team (three employees)
o Lead field meetings
❉ Prioritize and drive continuous improvement projects
o Coordinate with clients, suppliers or service providers
o Impliment over 20 cross-functional projects :
-Health and safety: purchase of three new equipment
-Productivity: coordination with production, about 20 changes in the ERP, employee self-check…
-Quality: implementation of weekly rotating inventories, and creation of safety stocks…
-Costs: competition among carriers…

2020: INDUSTRIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT at AIRBUS

Airbus Saint Eloi manufactures Airplanes' pylons for all Airbus aircrafts.
I launch autonomously a project of implementation of new means of production.

o Everyday field contacts with all actors of production to understand constraints, risks and opportunities
(Collaborations: quality, maintenance, team leaders, operators, stock controllers, methods, 5S, ergonomists, continuous improvement)
o Presentation to factory decision makers for validation
(AS IS, TO BE, risk analysis, deployment plan, CAPEX, OPEX, Business plan)
o Follow the action plan with strict methodology LBIP+

2019: CHANGE MANAGEMENT at AIRBUS

Cross-functional mission within the new Airbus' powerplant nacelle development NIS.

❉ Coordination of process of validation of changes in production and design of the powerplant
o Facilitation of internal cross-functionnal meetings (MFT)
o Facilitation of meetings with american suppliers with monitoring of action plan
o Permanent contacts with Programme, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering.

Exerger produces new generation of solar cells and has an industrial park that is preparing for mass production. I intervene in product quality improvement to anticipate high volume production phase.

o Use of Six Sigma methodology with statistical approach
o Coordination of operators for measures
o Process creation
o Consideration of financial aspects
❉ Proactive concerning changes in quality management to achieve Six Sigma (SPC)

ERAS Engineering is an engineering company that manages industry revamping projets with many technical departments . I was part of the projet management departement that coordinate studies and handles client's discussions.
o Planning following up and monitoring of KPIs
o Technical comparison of contractors (HSE)
o Creation of the handover file of a 5 million euros project

Valorsa swiss company that collects wastes of 100 surrounding towns (logistic waste management center). I was a consultant in charge of optimizing supply chain issues.

o Identify client's needs by questionning managers, truck drivers and go in the field.
o Create specifications sheet
o Propose solutions to enhance tracability and logistics of products
o Contribution to new tools implementation and change management of habits
