Data scientist

METEOSUISSE

From March 2024 to September 2024

Study of the urban canopy effect on UV exposure over the municipality of Lausanne;
calculation of shadowing and sky view factors using Python (PyQgis, Pandas, scikit-learn), QGIS, and UMEP
plugin, enhancing understanding of UV radiation impact for future epidemiologic studies.

Experimental physicist

EPFL - ECOLE POLYTECHNIQUE FEDERALE DE LAUSANNE - Temporary contract

From November 2018 to October 2023

○ Collaboration on the design, implementation, and testing of optical spectroscopy system hardware
upgrades, leading to increased spatial coverage and spectral resolution;
- Upgrade of instrumentation control and acquisition systems, improving acquisition settings
optimization and reducing crashes during experimental operations;
- Leadership of internal experimental campaigns, coordinating a team of scientists;
- Development of novel data analysis techniques for plasma ion temperature measurements with
results and methodology published in a scientific journal;
