Two months internship at Mathis Group, an EPFL research group focused on the intersection of computational neuroscience and machine learning, I worked on the following:
- Conducted research on keypoint pose estimation on animal datasets.
- Benchmarked different bottom-up and single-stage deep learning models on marmoset dataset, in order to find the strongest pose detectors.
- Output of research fed to conditional top-down model that outperforms already existing models on crowded poses.
