Direct reports comprised two sales engineers and two administrative assistants in Geneva, and had operational responsibility for Stauffer's sales personnel based in the various regional offices; travelled an average of 100 days per year (mainly in Western Europe, but also in the United States, the (then) USSR, Eastern Europe and the Middle East).
