From June 2024 to June 2024
Full experimental design and measurement setup building for the automated electrical characterisation of VO2-based relaxation oscillators for oscillating neural networks. Reliability tests were performed to 10^10 cycles, measuring device properties such as activation energies, noise characteristics and device voltage throughout cycling.
